Oakes Student Leader Recruitment
Thank you for your interest in being a student leader at Oakes College. Our student leaders play a critical role in the community at Oakes College. We select our Neighborhood Assistants (NAs) and Community Assistants (CAs) for their ability to be positive role models and outstanding leaders for our Oakes community. We are looking for student leaders who are team players, comfortable with a flexible and dynamic schedule, and committed to building a healthy and diverse community.
Our team of student leaders are comprised of 18 NAs and 4 CAs.
Neighborhood AssistantNAs are responsible for
The NA position is a live-in, peer advising student leadership role. NAs are compensated with a single room and a 7-day unlimited meal plan. For a more detailed job description of the NA position, click here. |
Community AssistantCAs are responsible for
The CA position is a paid student employment position. CAs are expected to work an average of 8 to 10 hours a week. Work study is preferred. For a more detailed job description of the CA position, click here. |
