Information for Non-Affiliate Graduates

Non-Affiliated Oakes College seniors who wish to take part in the commencement ceremony can apply to do so by filing out a petition to walk at the Oakes College Commencement Ceremony. 

Commencement registration is open!!!

The petitions should be turned in to the Oakes College front desk by the April 24th, 11:59pm along with a $50 check or money order. The check will be returned to applicants who are not approved. 

If you are living off campus and you wish to apply mail your application and payment to the following address:

As long as your application is postmarked by by the deadline of April 24th it will be accepted. 

You can still submit the application if you live on campus. 

Please do NOT fill out the commencement registration form unless your application has been approved
